In 2024, Amazon opened a new Oita Delivery Station in Toyoumi, Oita City. This facility covers approximately 2,700 square meters and handles package sorting, loading, and transport. It has the capacity to handle thousands to tens of thousands of packages per day, supporting efficient logistics.

With this new station, Oita City, Beppu City, Yufu City, and parts of Usuki City now qualify for next-day delivery. Additionally, home delivery options have expanded, improving overall convenience. However, Kitsuki City is not yet included in the next-day delivery area.
